Our plants are hand packed and shipped, wrapped in damp newspaper shipped via USPS Priority Mail. They are guaranteed to be in optimal condition at time of shipment. However, it is not uncommon to find a few brown/bent leaves and/or broken branches upon arrival. This is normal and does not affect the plant in any way. Just prune off the broken leaves/branches and your tree will be just fine. We take precaution in growing the plants. If you do receive your plant(s) that is severely damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the trees condition. Warranty is not a guaranty due to limited supply. We do not offer replacement of your purchase due to the use of too much fertilizer, water, and/or climate.

1 GAL will be repackaged with 4″ pots. 5 GAL and above will omit some soil and repack with soft plastic.
Full sized containerized plants between 2 and 8 feet. It is sometimes necessary to prune larger plants for safe shipping.
