Return Policy & Conditions
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Any loss in value due to improper handling or damage will be the buyer’s responsibility.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and cancellations after 24 hours.
Returns are not accepted after 7 days from delivery.
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel an order within 24 hours, please email houngchc@yahoo.com with your order number and the word “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Plants may be pruned (branches or leaves trimmed) before shipping to reduce plant shock and ensure safety during transit.
If you receive a plant that is severely damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Tropical Fruit Tree Care Instructions
Do not remove the newspaper around the root ball. This helps prevent loose soil and transplant shock and will naturally decompose.
Soak the plant in water for 1 minute before planting.
Cover the plant with a plastic bag, making two small holes on each side for airflow.
For pot planting, use a 1-gallon pot with potting soil only. Transplant once roots are visible growing out of the pot.
For ground planting, wait until roots are clearly growing out of the root ball. Place the plant outdoors in a warm, shaded area (not indoors).
Remove any new growth from the rootstock immediately.
Winter Care
Winter protection is critical. A greenhouse or proper cold protection is highly recommended during colder months.
